Vindon Scientific is a leading provider of secure temperature and humidity controlled equipment and services to the UK, Europe and the USA markets. Vindon's Cryobank is its secure storage facility with real time tracking of stored samples, licensed by the Human Tissue Authority (HTA) for the storage of tissues and/or cells intended for human application. Vindon's purpose built bio-repository provides long term, medium and short term storage for biological samples, stem cells, cord stem cells, DNA and bone marrow, at temperatures down to -1970C.
The increasing demand for long term storage of biopharmaceuticals and master cell banks has led Vindon to expand its ultra-low temperature storage capability to meet the growing demands of manufacturers and research organisations. Vindon's ultra-low temperature storage facility provides an ideal solution for the long-term preservation of biological specimens at minus 80 degrees C. Our freezers can store millions of samples, vials or tube racks and can be customised to precise biotechnology and pharmaceutical needs.
Vindon's high-tech storage suite can accommodate more than 20,000 cubic metres of samples in controlled environment rooms and cabinets, at ICH and bespoke temperature and humidity controlled conditions.
They are very well established and offer their full Sentinel® disaster recovery system ensuring your cells are as safe as possible.
Vindon Cryobank Ltd is part of Vindon Heath care PLC and is fully Human Tissue Authority (HTA) approved, holding complete licence number 222570.

Vindon's Tramore stability storage suite provides a secure and reliable service to Vindon's Eire customers. All members of the Stability Team are trained in the necessary aspects of Good Manufacturing Practise after an audit by the IMB on the 14 December 2010, our storage facility in Tramore, Co. Waterford has now been awarded an IMB certificate of GMP compliance.
Vindon Scientific (Ireland) Ltd has also expanded the facility taking on another two units, more than doubling the available floor space. With the subsequent installation of 11 large ICH rooms our total of validated storage space is now in excess of 200M³.
